How often is my rank updated?
Once a week. Every Monday we evaluate the previous full calendar week (Monday to Sunday) and update your rank accordingly.
What counts towards my rank?
Two things, and you need both: the number of successful activations (codes received) and the total amount you deposited during the week.
Do the discounts apply to everything?
Your rank discount applies to SMS activations and number rentals. Email numbers have their own separate discount for each rank.
Can my rank go down?
Yes. Because ranks reflect the previous week's activity, a quiet week can lower your rank. Stay active to keep your tier and its discount.
